Request a Change to an Order

If you have recently placed an order and wish to change it, please complete this request form. Please note this is a "Request" to change your order not a confirmation that it will be changed. We can usually accommodate changes if we are notified before your order is shipped. 

Please use this form so that we may serve you in the most efficient manner possible.  If you submit  your request via another method, such as a direct e-mail or a phone call, it will delay the processing of your request.  

When we receive your request, we will make every attempt to make the change.  However, if your order has already shipped, it is out of our control.  If this is the case, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.

We will notify you of the status of your request by e-mail.
