Order Status

To check the status of an order, please use one of the following methods below:

Option 1: E-Mail Confirmation (fastest way):

Follow the instructions to link to your order status in one of the e-mail confirmations sent to you.

In processing your order, we will send you two or more e-mail confirmations.  The first is your order confirmation and is sent to you immediately after you place your order.  Subsequent e-mails will update you on the status of your order (e.g., shipped).  All confirmations give instructions on how to access your order in our system.

Option 2: If you are a Yahoo member:

If you signed into Yahoo! before placing your order, you can check the status of your order by

The status of each item in your order will be under the item field.  If an item indicates shipped and shows a UPS / FedEx tracker, click on the tracking number to see where your package is at.

Option 3: Contact Us (slowest way):

Note: This is the 3, 4 or 5 digit number in "subject" of your email confirmation. Our numbers do NOT contain letters, hyphens or go beyond 5 digits.  If your number is different, please make sure you ordered from us and not a competitor.
