If you intend to return any item for any reason you must complete this request.  Failure to do so will void your right to return the item.  Remember, you only have 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you to file this request*.

This is necessary for:

  • Identification of your returned package.  Our distributors receive thousands of packages every week.  Without the proper RGA number (Return Goods Authorization) identifying it, your package becomes the proverbial "needle in the haystack".  
  • Getting your package to the right distributor.  We use various sources to get your order to you fast.  Returned items must be sent back to the original shipper.  Shipping a return to our P.O. Box or another inappropriate destination, will significantly delay the processing of your return and may result in additional fees or the loss of your package.  We are not responsible for lost packages sent to these improper addresses.
  • Avoiding lost returns.  Without a proper RGA number and Shipping Tracking number, your package can easily get lost.  Without these numbers, identifying a lost package is almost impossible.  If we cannot find your package, we cannot process your return.
  • Receiving credit or avoiding an additional charge.  Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue credit.  In addition, if you requested a reship, without proof of delivery of the returned item, we must charge you for the cost of the reshipment.

Return Policy Acknowledgment

I understand this return is subject to the X-Stuff USA return policy in effect at the time I placed my order and as such:

  • This is a return request that must be evaluated and approved by X-Stuff USA, and I must receive a RGA number from X-Stuff USA  before I can return the item.
  • That an item can not be returned after 30 days from the day I received it.
  • That, unless the return is due to shipping damage or the error of X-Stuff USA, I will be responsible for paying the delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
  • That I may be responsible for other restocking charges as disclosed on the page of the item I ordered (only for select items)
  • That I may be responsible for restocking charges if the item is not retuned in its original container in the condition it was received including instructions, bagging, etc.
  • That items that have been bent, scratched, drilled, broken or otherwise damaged due to my error are not acceptable for return.
  • That if I misrepresent the truth in any way (e.g., purposely damaging an item to pawn it off as shipping damage), I will void my return rights and be charge for all shipping expenses.
